Diplomacy
The diplomacy is the control of Négociation S between the people, the groups, or the Nation S by regulating a problem without violence. Used formally, it usually refers to the international diplomacy, the control of the international relations by the mediation (usually) of professional diplomats.
An important distinction exists between the diplomacy and the foreign Politics , even if they are closely dependant, complementary and essential one with the other.
The foreign Politics corresponds to the strategic choices and policies of the more high ranking authorities of the State. In France, it concerns the Head of the State, the Prime Minister and the Foreign Minister and Européennes.
The diplomacy is the implementation of the foreign Politics via the Diplomate S.
The French language is one of the six Official languages recognized by the United Nations.
The Diplomatie of the Holy See is one of the oldest diplomatic services in the world, operative since Ve the oldest century, and in Europe. Oldest find themselves in the East, one observed indeed in Asia very early already, the development of missions expeditionary and diplomatic, in particular with the expansion of the imperial China.
Diplomats and diplomatic mission
A diplomat is a person implied in the diplomacy; one speaks about Diplomatic mission since one refers to a group of diplomats originating in the same country which resides in another country. The rank of ambassador is highest of the diplomatic rows; a diplomatic mission with the head of which an ambassador is calls a Ambassade. The whole of all the diplomats of a given country is called the Diplomatic corps.

Diplomatic immunity
The diplomats profiting from a diplomatic passport (categories has and B), profit from a diplomatic Immunity, but exclusively abroad, and within the framework of their functions. The diplomatic immunity should not in no case to be confused with the diplomatic Protection.
