This diploma of level II " attest of a professional qualification for the design, the implementation and the management of policy of animation and development led with or starting from sporting, social or cultural structures ".

It aims at employment as project manager of local development or social director of equipment.

This diploma is in the course of remplaceent by the DESJEPS.
