Dionisio Aguado

Dionisio Aguado García is there a traditional guitarist, pedagog and Spanish Compositeur , born with Madrid the April 8th 1784 and died in this same city the December 29th 1849. It takes its first lessons of music with Padre Basilio, then with Manuel Garcia, a famous Spanish tenor.

Dionisio Aguado is a guitarist virtuoso. In 1825 it goes to Paris, it become acquainted there with Fernando Sor, with which it binds friendship, they will play in duet. He is noticed by Rossini and Paganini.

He turns over to Spain in 1838 where he reinstalls himself in Madrid.

Dionisio Aguado is mainly known like the author of a method for guitar: " Nuevo Método Guitarra" para; (Madrid, 1843) container of many studies. It also composed of many short parts: minuets, waltz, etc
