Dilidam
The multi-media system Dilidam is a service embarked of information travellers on screen of the RATP. This project is in experimental phase since the autumn 2005.
Principles
Screens LCD of 17 inches provide information in real-time on the course, like the next stops, but also the schedules of the correspondences or a plan of the district. In addition to this information in real-time, more general information like flash of information and entertainments in the form of reports, clips, trailers and publicities is proposed to the users. On the buses, the system uses the geolocalisation by satellites to locate the vehicle. Moreover, the buses communicate directly with the Abribus by radio waves to inform the users, who wait the stop, of the imminent arrival at the station.
Presences
This system was tested on the Ligne of bus the RATP 38.One also found it on the oar MP 89 n°36 of the line 1 of the subway (equipment removed during 2007) and one finds it in the prototype oar of MF 2000.
The project is in " Standby" since 1 year, for technological reasons. Indeed partnership the RATP & TF1 is not clear and the development is lengthened.
