Chainaz-les-Frasses is animated an enough small village. Every year, the municipality and the Committee Festivals organize:

January: evening Sauerkraut-Belote (organized by the Elementary school)

February: Carnival (with the fire of Mr Carnaval)

July 13rd: Country soup, followed by a ball (not to be missed)

August 15th: Sail (Festival of the Village) followed by a ball

Christmas: Spectacle, To taste and visits of the Father Christmas

The patoisants of Chainaz Frasses maintain around Fernand Tavernier the flame of the Franco-Provençal language. One can regret the slow disappearance of this linguistic inheritance.
