Diego de Almagro is a Conquistador Spanish born in 1475 in Almagro, in the province of Tolède, dead carried out in 1538 after the seat of Cuzco by Hernando , the brother of Francisco Pizarro.
In 1530, Diego de Almagro joined Francisco Pizarro for the conquest of the Peru which it plundered: it is shown murder of the INCA Atahualpa.
It penetrated the first in the Chile, and was named by Charles Quint governor of this country, though it had not still conquered it (1534).
However a violent fight opposed Almagro and Pizarro which, helped of his/her brothers, overcame it in 1537, at the time of the seat of Cuzco. He was imprisoned and carried out in 1538.
His/her Diego son, born with Panamá in 1518, was proclaimed by his partisans governor of Chile, and avenged it while assembling the conspiracy which killed Pizarro in 1541, with Lima. It itself was stopped and decapitated with the same place as his father by Vaca of Castro, successor of Pizarro. It is him which betrays and assassinated Manco INCA.
