It signs not only the death and the end of a 54 years reign, but especially a change of hand, the capacity passing to others. Moreover, on October 1st 1715, a system of Polysynodie is accepted, the Ministres of the king being replaced by several Conseils ( “synodie” ) to which nobility, members of Parliament and high notable have access.

Conclusion

Philippe of Orleans east regent, the members of Parliament have an increased capacity, and the Ministres of the king are replaced by Conseils ( “synodie” ) in which the nobility Re takes part in the political life by the councils.
