Didier Derlich

Didier Derlich was a Astrologue and media indicator of the years 1990. It was born the April 22nd 1965 with Moulins in the Allier and it is deceased the August 4th 2000 with the American Hôpital of Paris (located in fact at Neuilly-sur-Seine) of the continuations of the AIDS. He had announced his disease on line on the antenna of RTL in October 1995 because it animated a regular emission there ( Intuitions ). Revealed in the middle of the Eighties by Guy Lux which had invited it on the plate of It is today tomorrow (program diffused then on FR3 and which treated Paranormal), it quickly will become media and be the astrologer of reference of the emissions of Sacrée Evening animated by Jean-Pierre Foucault on TF1.

Its career then in full rise will know one dark moment which will seriously carry damage to its reputation. During her emission on RTL, a disabled mom asks for news of her missing son earlier to him a few days. Didier Derlich tries to reassure it and makes it clear that his/her child would be alive. Later one will find the lifeless body of the young boy who had drowned accidentally. Summoned to explain itself in front of the mother of its false prediction, the indicator will advance an awkward and embarrassed answer asserting the fact why it could not say the truth of goal in white and that it had suggested the fatal outcome to him in a masked way. Part of the public opinion will reproach him its incapacity to predict the future as he claimed it but also to be mistaken on the physical status in expensive people and in particular in the child in this mom. The fact of having let think that the boy was alive whereas it was not the case him was insupportable.

This episode will make him lose part of its public and move away another temporarily.

In spite of this painful moment and his disease, Didier Derlich will continue to intervene on the plates of television. Each week it will give the Horoscope of the 12 signs of the Zodiaque in the emission of Jean-Pierre Foucault, Sacrée Evening and one will even see it taking part as a candidate in Fort Boyard in 1996 in order to collect funds for an association which fights against the Virus of the AIDS.

Its tomb is in the cemetery of Moulins.
