Dichlorhydrate of cétirizine
The dichlorhydrate of cétirizine is a drug used in the treatment of the Allergie, of the hay cold, the Angiœdème Hives -->. It is a Antihistaminique H1 of second generation which blocks receiving H1. It is a major Métabolite of the Hydroxyzine, and has the same basic side effects of them.
The cétrizine is a chiral molecule; only the Lévocétirizine has a therapeutic interest.
