Diablo mount

The mount Diablo is a mountain located in the Comté of Countered Costa in the urban Région of San Francisco, in the south of the town of Clayton and in the North-West of Danville. This isolated top culminates with 1 173 meters and is visible of the whole of the Baie of San Francisco and many places of the California of north. The Diablo mount resembles a double pyramid under many angles, and includes several secondary tops, most important and nearest being that to the other half of the aforesaid the double pyramid, North Peak (northern top), which culminates with 1 084 Mr.

Geography

The top of the Diablo mount is in oneself accessible by motorized vehicles, hikers or cyclists (time record in the bicycle starting from Athenian School in the town of Diablo until the top is of less than 45 minutes).

In clear weather, it is possible top to see the mountainous solid mass of the Sierra Nevada and the mountain of the southern end of the Chaîne of the Cascades, the Volcan of the Lassen Peak, with approximately 290 kilometers.
