Deutsche Börse

Deutsche Börse AG is a German company specialized in the stockmarket transactions. It manages stockmarkets, which they carry on stock exchange actions or derivative products. It offers also services of movable broking and is used as financial intermediary.

Description

It employs more 3.200 people in Europe, with the the United States and in Asia. It has subsidiary companies in Germany, with the Luxembourg, in Suisse and Spain. It has also representatives with London, Paris, Chicago, New York, HongKong and Dubai.

It operates the Bourse of Frankfurt, which is one of the greatest centers of the kind in the world.

History

In 2001 and 2004, it tried to take an important participation in the Bourse of London, which would have created an entity gathering the two larger purses of Europe. It there forever have concluded agreement.
