The architecture produced since of the centuries remains a considerable memory to include/understand the evolution of the human society. Thus the lesson of Egyptian architecture, the architecture of civilizations of the Mediterranean world, those of the various historical ages of Africa, from Asia, from America and other places of the world learns to us as much on the life from these companies as the historical writings.

It is from this point of view that the architectural heritage is essential to the modern world to include/understand from where we come, and like known as the African tradition, to see where we want to go (including in terms of ruptures).

The international community, through UNESCO, included/understood the importance of this inheritance and decided creation of a list of the world architectural heritage which indexes all the pilot sites of the creative genius of humanity.
