Despotism
The despotism is a form of government where the authority is entrusted to only one person, that is to say a individual which reigns with an absolute political power. In its traditional form, a despotism is a state where a single man, called a Despote, retains all the capacity, and any other person is regarded as her slave. This form of despotism is the first known form of State and civilization; the Pharaon of Egypt is a traditional despot.
The despotism implies the Tyrannie. Nevertheless, in the enlightened Despotism, appeared in Europe of the 18th century, the despots used their authority to institute certain reforms in the political systems and companies of their country.
