Designs

The basic units of the mental activity are not feelings, perceptions or actions but of the designs. A design is an abstract entity which is the organization of an action. Example: design of suction, design reflexes.

The designs change while becoming more generals (suction of other objects), more and thus become more “mobile”. They combine in an organization of the type means-goal (Example: The rake to take an object).

Definition of Jean Piaget:

" The design is a structure or organization of the actions such that they change or spreads at the time of the repetition of this action in similar circumstances or analogues."
