Desfiscalisation in France

In the European context, the laws of desfiscalisation cannot see their limited range by the borders of two Member State if that involves distortions of competition or night to freedom to circulate and remain in another Member State.

Many companies propose to acquire eligible real estate within these frameworks of law, by generally organizing the whole of the operation (research of the prêteuse bank, of, the proposal insurance companies of the real estate). They propose financial montages which make it possible to carry out such an operation without placing there of starting capital. It is difficult, but necessary, to find information objective on the manner of carrying out these operations and on the quality of the goods available; the more so as the public authorities, if they allow this kind of mechanisms, do not have as a role to promote them nor to even give the tools to know how to benefit from it under good conditions.

These laws are regularly décriées because they allow people easy to escape their tax obligations while placing their tax in acquisitions, which will be able if necessary to bring back more money to them.
