Deserted ground
The Deserted Ground is according to the Légende arthurienne the kingdom of King Claudas. It should not be confused with the Sorry Earth or Ground Gaste , field of the fishing King. According to the texts, this territory is next to in the south the kingdom of Bénoïc of the King Ban and that of Gaunes of King Bohort and thus corresponds to an area located at the south of the mouth of the Loire, that is to say part of the the Vendée and current Countries of the Loire.
