A dermatite herpétiforme is an affection including/understanding:

  • an intestinal attack hails: villositaire reversible by the mode without Gluten
atrophies

Dermic histology: infiltrate with polynuclear with granulous deposits of IgA and C3

Biology: antigens HLA B8, DR3, DQw2 in same abnormal percentage as in the cœliaque disease.

It seems well that the dermatite herpétiforme is a particular form of cœliaque disease
