Denunciation with the Parquet floor
The denunciation with the parquet floor is the act by which a third which was not victim itself of a Infraction the door with the knowledge of the authorities of police force or of Justice. She is opposed to the Plainte which is a denunciation emanating of the victim itself.
The prosecutor of the Republic receives the denunciations and appreciates the continuations to be given to them (art 40 CPP). The judiciary police officers can receive them and transmit them to the prosecutor (article 17 French Criminal procedure code).
