Denmark is a parish of the county of Victoria, located at the west of the New Brunswick.

According to the census of Statistical Canada, it there had 1833 inhabitants in 2001, compared to 1863 in 1996, that is to say a fall of 1,6%. The parish counts 768 private residences, has a surface of 750,50 km ² and a Population density of 2,4 inhabitants to the km ².
