Denise Savoy

Denise Savoy (born the November 21st 1943) is a political woman Canadian; she is currently Député E with the House of Commons of Canada, representing the district britanno-Colombian of Victoria since 2006 under the banner of the Nouveau Democratic party. She is only the Franco-Colombian with the House of Commons.

Born with Saint-Boniface (Manitoba) and teaching from profession, Savoy is elected with the Municipal council Victoria in 1999 pennies the banner of Victoria Civic Electors, aligned with the NPD. In 2006 she is elected appointed with 38,5% of the votes compared with the 27,5% of the libéraaux votes, succeeding the liberal minister David Anderson.

In the shadow cabinet of the NPD, Mrs. Savoy is spokesperson for the intergovernmental businesses, education postsecondaire and the alphabetism; she is also spokesperson associated for human resources.
