Denise Masson
Denise Masson (born in 1901 - died the November 10th 1994 with Marrakech), called " the Lady of Marrakech " , was a French Islamologue which translated the Coran of Arabic into French, published in 1967, which accepted, towards 1970, the label d'" test of interpretation of inimitable Coran " by Islam " orthodoxe" with the Cairo and Beirut. According to Andre Chouraqui, it would have taken as a starting point the translation in Latin of Louis Marracci of 1698, taken again by Reiniccius .
Biography
She elected her residence with Marrakech for the sixty last years of her life.
