In a maintenance of 1994, François Furet testifies that Denis Richet, in 1965, already had a very elaborate idea of the skid of 1793, while him, Furet was still attached to the writings of Marx, i.e. Denis Richet showed himself very early being wary towards the communist theorem of the need of the revolutionary events.
