Denis Lapière
Denis Lapière , born on August 8th 1958 with Namur, is a scenario writer of Belgian Cartoon .
Biography
Laid off in sociology with the Catholic University of Leuwen, but especially impassioned of cartoon, it opens a specialized bookstore with Charleroi and, in the middle of the Eighties, launches out in the writing of scenario.
He initially works in the Newspaper of Spirou, then creates Mono Jim in 1987 in the Echo of Savannas, magazine where he publishes, in company of the draftsman Jean-Philippe Stassen, the Bahamas and Bullwhite .
Very quickly, it multiplies its collaborations, in particular with:

He would have as written under several pseudonyms as he does not want to reveal.
The series " Charly " and " The bar of the old man français" many times were preceded.
Denis Lapière one is also impassioned of the car and the bicycle. These last years, it turned to the cinema, by taking part in particular in the scenario of the Plane of Cédric Kahn (inspired of the series Charly) and in that of the film Like everyone of his friend Pierre-Paul Renders.
