Denis-Luc Frayssinous
Denis-Antoine-Luc Frayssinous, born the May 9th 1765 with Curières (Aveyron) and dead the December 12th 1841 with Saint-Obstruct-in Olt (Aveyron), is a French bishop and politician, speaker and writer.
He was bishop in partibus of Hermopolis, member of the Chambre of the Pars, large Master of the University (1822), Minister for the ecclesiastical Businesses and the State education (1824-1827) under Villèle and member of the French Academy (elected in 1822). He was also chaplain and preacher of the king and tutor of the duke of Bordeaux.
