Democratic and popular gathering

The democratic and popular Rassemblement (RDP) is a political party Senegal board, of which the leader is Ibrahima Masseck Diop, teacher.

History

The RDP is officially created on December 28th 1998.

It hardly seems active today.

Orientation

Its declared objectives are “to remove any shape of oppression, class and caste, by the conquest of the political power, the socialization of the means of production and exchanges, the introduction of a Community company and a true democracy to the service of the people”.

Symbols

Its colors are the white and the black, its emblem is a pulled up horse.

Organization

The seat of the party is with Dakar (Sicap-Freedom).
