This Country cottage is installed since the 18th century century in a beautiful residence which joins together its storerooms, cellars and offices, it is taken again by Alexandre then, in 1828, by his/her brother Nicolas Louis Delamotte, known under the name of knight Delamotte Barrachin, former knight of Malta and president of the Chamber of commerce of Rheims at the time of the sacring of Charles V, of which he will be able to organize the époustouflantes festivities.

In 1988, the Delamotte Champagne sees associating its intended for those of the prestigious Champagne Living room, within the head office Laurent-Perrier. Today, the Delamotte Champagne, house-sister of the Champagne Living room, are directed, like it, by Didier Depond.

The provisioning of chardonnay comes from the Mesnil-sur-Oger, with a contribution of Avize and Oger in particular; it is necessary to also take into account the pinots entering the composition of rough nonvintage and the rosy crude.
