Dehydrogenation

The dehydrogenation is a Chemical reaction, often requiring the use of catalysts, and under conditions of Température and defined Pression, which corresponds to the loss of atoms of Hydrogène (H) of a Alcane to give a Alcène.

An example of reaction of dehydrogenation:

CH3-CH3 => CH2=CH2 + H2 ethane => ethylene + Dihydrogène
