Declic Images is a specialized company in the translation/sale in francophonie of drawing-animated Japanese.

The label Declic Images is one of the last arriveds on the market, appeared in 1999. However, about half of the new titles of Japanese animation published in France these last months are it in this editor. Often, the series in question are relatively rich in episodes (26 episodes published in 5 DVD) and the fast rate/rhythm of exits is a pledge for the fans to manage to follow the series without waiting years. After a strong rise of 2002 to 2005 with ten acquired titles every year, the company left the Goldorak series in DVD in August 2005. It was proven thereafter that the company did not have the rights. After a legal length imbroglio, the company is currently out of cause following a legal vacuum concerning the legitimacy of the rights of Goldorak in France. In spite of that, the company underwent many rectructurations, a file for bankruptcy and seems in impossibility of acquiring new series, having lost the confidence of the distributers and producing Japanese.
