Declaration of the Rights (the United States)
The Déclaration of the Rights ( United States Bill off Rights ) indicates the first 10 amendments with the American constitution. It limits the powers of the federal government and grants rights such as freedom of the press, of word, religion. They came into force on December 15th, 1791, after the ratification of the 3/4 of the States.
