Debra Winger is an actress and producing American born the May 16th 1955 with Cleveland Heights, Ohio (the United States).

Biography

Debra Winger grows in California. After a License in sociology, it leaves food in Israel in 1972 in a Kibboutz. The experiment is not conclusive and it turns over to the the United States where it takes courses of dramatic art. Debra Winger obtains its first great role in 1980 in Urban Cowboy of James Bridges, in which it is the object of the competition between John Travolta and Scott Glenn. She plays then in Cannery row, an adaptation of the work of John Steinbeck. These two feature films reveal it with the general public and it is then the partner of Richard Gere in Officier and gentleman.

Debra Winger with the chance to play sides of Jack Nicholson and Shirley MacLaine in Tender Passions.
