Death S

Death S (In Death off Steve Sylvester) is a group of heavy metal Italy N. However, through their albums, one notes the presence of many influences: Black metal, Doom metal, Thrash metal, Speed metal, Power metal ( Heavy Demons ), or even electro, Gothic Rock'n'roll and , and more recently, they are essential in the industrial Metal ( Humanomalies ).

One can also qualify them Horror metal, since the vestimentary and scenic aspect, even theatrical, takes an important place during the concerts and on the booklets of albums, with occult atmospheres, of horror, of vampirism, black masses…

Death S is influenced by films and the literature of horror, by Alice Cooper and the ideas of Aleister Crowley, to which they dedicated their album Do What Thou Wilt .
As for the words, they are faithful to the image of the group, and thus evoke monsters and vampires, erotism and sex, satanism and occultism…

Biography

Death S was born in 1977, but they really concretized their musical project with the exit of their first album only in 1988.
S is the diminutive of Steve Sylvester , it thus does not have there a political connotation.

The group separated in 1984, but was reformed in 1988 for their first album. There were however many changes of line-up, and the singer Steve Sylvester (Stefano Silvestri of its true name) is the only constant member since the first album of Death S .
