Dean Martin
Dean Martin , of her true name: Dino Paul Crocetti . Actor and Italian-American Crooner . Born the June 7th 1917 with Steubenville, in the Ohio and deceased of Emphysema the December 25th 1995 with Beverly Hills, California (the United States).
During its youth it had several odd jobs, at this point in time Dino Paul Crocetti transforms his name into Dean Martin and starts to work in a club of New York, it is there that it is his first successes. End of the year 1940, it becomes acquainted with Jerry Lewis, which occurs on scene with the other comic ones. When those leave Lewis, Dean Martin decides to replace them. The two men form a duet which becomes most comic of the United States. Embracing a career with the cinema, they make their first film, " My Friend Irma". In the wake of this opus follow " My Friend Irma Goes to West" then " At War with the Army". Binomial balances some - Dean Martin represents softness and uprightness, whereas Lewis represents the idiot maniac - they connects the turning of thirteen films but decides to separate in full triumph. But Dean Martin does not stop there and moves towards the music and television. It appears as a dramatic actor at the sides of John Wayne in Rio Bravo, makes several tubes, of which " Volare" and " That' S Amore" , and becomes the figurehead of the " cool music" , with Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr and Shirley MacLaine inter alia, within a group which they baptize the Rat Pack. Happiness lasts a few years then the group is exhausted. However, Dean Martin starts again on the hubcaps. It strikes the waves of musical tubes like " Everybody Coil Somebody" and illuminates the cinema displays of great successes. But with died of his son in 1987, it sinks in the sorrow and loneliness. Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr tries to give again taste with the life to him by organizing a common round, the " Together Again Tour" , but it gives up after only some concerts. He dies of a cancer the Christmas Day 1995. Dean Martin remains a man of legend, touch-with-all which incarnated the one completed time excesses. Movie actor, it was also one of most famous the " Crooner s" American.
