Deaker Kelvin

Kelvin Mark Deaker , born the October 19th 1965 in Balclutha (New Zealand), is a international referee New Zealand of Rugby to XV.

Career

It began its career from referee in 1991. Like many referees, he reconverted himself when a wound has constrained it to stop its career of player.

He arbitrated its first test match the June 17th 2001, he acted of a match opposing the team of Japan to the team of Wales.

Kelvin Deaker in particular arbitrated a match of the World cup of Rugby 2003, three matches of the Tournoi of the six nations and a match of the Tri-nations (to the 30-07-06).
