De Plattfööt
The group De Plattfööt was founded in 1979 by the authors, Compositeur S, Musicians and interprets S Peter Wilke and Klaus Lass. It is a group which sings in the regional Langue Mecklembourg-Poméranie Western, Plattdeutsch. Their music is a merry mixture of folk Musique, Blues and Country - western with humorous texts and popopulaires.
Their Chanson S most known is “Disco music up' N Dörp” (Disco with the Village), " Fru Püttelkow C Hagenow" (Mrs Püttelkow de Hagenow) and “De Isenbahnboomupundahldreier” (the Chief of the Crossing level). " De Plattfööt" in Plattdeutsch, means “the flat feet”. They have for currency: “Your life is short while long will be your death, is not worried, not, the laughter makes good”.
