The of Havilland Aircraft Company was a aeronautical Constructeur British founded in 1920 by Geoffrey de Havilland.

In 1928, of Havilland founded De Havilland Canada.

De Havilland was repurchased by Hawker-Siddeley before being built-in British Aerospace in 1977.
