Daylam
The Daylam is a term of the Arab geography which indicates the areas of the south and the west of the Caspian Sea: Mazandéran, Gilan, but also sometimes more in the east: Jurjan (Gorgan) and Qûmis
The Daylamites are the inhabitants of origin Perse populating Daylam. The dynasty Bouyide is originating in Daylam (945 - 1055).
