Synopsis

Jake Hoyt is a young idealistic recruit of the police force of Los Angeles. Dreaming to become inspector, it obtains a setting with the 24 hours test, a " training day" , near the sergeant chief Alonzo Harris, a star of the fight against drugs, a professional of the street fighting. But the admiration of Hoyt for its elder leaves place to the doubt quickly, the control of Alonzo proving increasingly contestable…
