Day of Zamenhof

The Jour of Zamenhof is a festival celebrated by the espérantophones on December 15th, in the honor of the birth of Ludwik Lejzer Zamenhof. This celebration is accompanied sometimes by exchanges of gifts of all kinds, of exchanges of books written in Esperanto or of prayers about Zamenhof.
