honourable the David Whissell , M.A.N (September 1st, 1967 in Quebec) is a politician Québécois. Deputy with the National Assembly of Quebec, it represents the district Argenteuil. He is member of the liberal caucus like Minister for Labor and minister responsible for the area of the Laurentides, Lanaudière and the Abitibi-Témiscamingue.

Biography

David Whissell was elected for the first time at the time of a by-election on June 1st, 1998 in Quebec. He was then re-elected at the time of the general elections of 1998, 2003 and 2007.

David Whissell lives jointly with Francine Vaillancourt. He is father of two children, Justine and Philippe. He was already condemned for Alcool to the wheel
