David Pajo

David Pajo is an American musician of independent Rock born in 1968 with the Texas.

Biography

David Pajo is mainly known to be the guitarist of the group Slint (group precursory of the Post-rock'n'roll to beginning of the year 90) but he was also member of Tortoise of 1996 to 1998 (he appears on the albums " Million Now Living room Will Never Die " and " TNT "), then of Zwan in 2003 (at the side of Billy Corgan) on the single album of the group entitled " Mary Star Off The Sea ".

It also carried out albums solo under various pseudonyms such as Aerial M, Papa M or more recently Pajo.

In 2005, David Pajo, Brian McMahan and Britt Walford reforms Slint at the time of the English festival " All Tomorrow' S Left " then some concerts in Europe and in the United States give.

In 2007, a new European round is organized and a new album of Slint would be in preparation (the first since 1991).

Parallel to the new round of Slint, David Pajo prepares a new project: with Michael McMahan (the brother of Brian McMahan which is also present in the reformation of Slint as a second guitarist), it creates the group Dead Child whose 1st album directed towards the Heavy Metal is currently in preparation.
