David McClelland
David McClelland is a American Psychologue . He is professor at the university Harvard between the end of the Années 1960 and the beginning of 1970.
He is founder of the Hay-McBer firm.
Its article Testing for Competence Rather than for Intelligence , appeared in 1973 in American Psychologist, is a major contribution. The psychologists had recourse to the tests to measure the intelligence.
