David Fury

Born with Denton (Texas) the March 5th 1959, David Fury with grown in Old Bethpage, Long Island, New York. Comedy and horror were its two feeder centres. He is married in Elin Hampton another scenario writer who, amongst other things, with worked on Buffy . Its two sources of preferred inspirations are Dark Shadows and Monty Python . His/her mother was model covers of pulp fictions . He swore never to have to make his Oedipus. Impassioned since always by the art of the comedy, David went to Manhattan to continue a career of actor and actor Stand up after his diploma of college.

Scenario writer or actor?

Here how he tells his meeting with the concept of Buffy:

“met Joss when '' Buffy '' was under development. At that time I wrote with my wife Elin and we were asked on the series '' Life' S work '' for ABC Disney. “Unfortunately, our agents argued against, saying to us that we would be insane to go at the semi-season, on the faith of a first, in a sitcom which owes its prestige only in one large countryside of advertizing sandwiched between '' [[Roseanne (televised series)|Roseanne] and Home improvement . We thought that we could not lose. We let them say and we took too late the series, which of course finished after 18 episodes. Meanwhile, we looked at Buffy becoming a phenomenon dice its first season. (a silence) We transfered our respective agents and took the new ones which appeared, by sheer coincidence, being the same ones as those of Joss.]”

“Benefitting from the end from season, Elin and me contacted our agents (common this blow) by emitting this request: “We would really like to again meet Joss” without real hope which it succeeds since we had turned the back to him the first time. Instead of that Joss seemed open. It led us to tell him, during the second season, a history which it bought immediately: ''Go Fish''. This success justified '' [[Enemy Mutant] to be made to us full-time sign both on the series.

David Fury will become executive coproducer, and later executive producer of the spin off Angel . Since the premature end of this series, it offered its .exécutif producing Co services. On the series ABC Lost and now 24 hours stopwatch .
