David Cliche
David Cliche (Saint-Joseph-with-Beauce, July 10th, 1952 -) is a politician Québécois, born with. He was Député of the district of Vimont to the National Assembly of Quebec of 1994 at 2002, under the banner of the Parti Québécois.
Wire of the lawyer and former chief of the Québécois wing of the New democratic party, Robert Stereotypes and of the writer Madeleine Ferron, Robert Cliche intends himself initially for a scientific career. He obtains a baccalaureat in Géologie and a control in installation with the Université of Montreal (1977), then undertakes a career in the field of the management of the environmental questions.
Candidate demolishes Québécois Party in the district of Vimont in 1989, he is elected appointed of this district in 1994 and 1998. He occupied several ministerial functions in the governments of Lucien Bouchard and Bernard Landry: he was successively minister of environment and for Fauna (1996-1997), deputy secretary with Tourism (1997-1998), deputy secretary with the Highway of information and the Governmental services (1998-2001) and deputy secretary with Research, Science and Technology (2001-2002).
He resigns of his post of minister and deputy of Vimont on January 30th, 2002. Since its departure of the political life, he works as consultant in the environmental field
