David Adams Richards

David Adams Richard (born in 1950) is a Canadian author.
He was born with Newcastle in the New Brunswick and he is an author of fiction, scenarios and of poetry. He is graduate of Université Saint-Thomas with Fredericton.
David Adams Richards received many rewards, including one Gemini Award for the writing of Small Gifts ; the reward Alden Nowlan in the Excellence category in Arts; the reward of Association of the Canadian authors ( Canadian Authors Association ) for his novel Evening Snow Will Bring Such Peace and rewards it Governor General for its novel for 1998, Nights Below Station Street . It also gained, with a associate, in 2000, the Giller Price for Mercy Among The Children .
Richard is one of the three writer to gain the Prix of the General governor in the two categories: fiction and non-fiction. He gained the price of the Governor-general in 1998 in the fiction category and the same reward, the same year, in the category non-fiction this-time, for: Lines one the Toilets: Fisherman' S Life there is the Miramichi .
