David (" Dave") Edwards Finlay , better known simply as a Finlay is a all-in wrestler north-Irish born on October 20th, 1958 with Belfast. It is currently under contract with the World Wrestling Entertainment in division Smackdown!.

Finlay joined the United States and the WCW in 1995. It is done first of all called The Belfast Bruiser (the " brawler of Belfast") then the name of " readopts; Fit" Finlay. May 26th, 2006, it joint with Little Bastard (a dwarf which hides under the boxing ring and attacks the adversaries of Finlay if he of on the occasion) and joint with Sir William Regal and the court of the King Booker, he becomes Sir Finlay then. He and Treat become " chevaliers" of the king, King Booker.
In SmackDown, Finlay beats the World Heavyweight Champion Rey Mysterio in a non-title match.
July 11th, 2006 with SmackDown, in a title match, it détrône the United States Champion, Bobby Lashley thus it takes the title.
In Great American Bash 2006, on July 23rd, 2006, it successful to preserve the title vis-a-vis Sir William Treat with the assistance of Little Bastard.
On the other hand, in SmackDown, on September 1st, 2006, Finlay the belt in a Triple Threat Match loses, beaten by Mr.Kennedy.
After having lost the title, it enters the feud against Bobby Lashley and Batista.
However member of short royal of King Booker which is the World Heavyweight Champion by beating Rey Mysterio, it demolishes his king in a non-title match.
With No Mercy 2006, in a fatal furnace way match for the title WWE World Heavyweight Championship, it will not gain the belt.

With WrestleMania 23, it however begins a competition with Mr.Kennedy on April 20th, 2007, during a match against Batista it is made help by Mr. Kennedy, it carries the Celtic Cross on Batista, later Finlay fights against Undertaker and Mr. Kennedy is able to help it.
At the time of Smackdown of May 25th, Long Theodore the general manager announces Fatal 4 way Match between Batista, Mark Henry, Kane and Finlay, gaining it will be the challenger n°1 for WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Batista gains this match.
July 7th, Finlay beats Ric Flair with its new catch of completion: the Celtic Knot.
July 13rd, he triumphs over Jimmy Wang Yang.
August 10th, 2007, Finlay begins a feud with Kane following a problem with the slide. Finlay starts then by attacking Kane, victorious in a match against Sylvan with its club after the match then wounds the belly of Kane. It also intervened the match between Kane and The Great Khali.
August 18th, 2007, with Saturday Night' S Hand Vent, it is in team with The Great Khali and lose against Kane and Batista.
With SummerSlam 2007, Finlay loses against Kane after this one delivered a Chokeslam.
September 14th, 2007, Finlay gains a Street Fight match against Kane.
September 28th, 2007, Hornswoggle leaves to RAW.
With Cyber Sunday 2007, it has a combat with Rey Mysterio and the fans can choose the stipulation. They choose a strether match which is finally gained by Rey Mysterio.
It continues the competition against Rey Mysterio and they are in Traditional Survivor Match with Survivor Series 2007 Finaly in the TEAM Umaga with Umaga, Mr. Kennedy, Big Daddy V, and M.V.P. and Rey Mysterio in the TEAM Triple H with Triple H, Jeff Hardy and Kane (Matt Hardy could not taken part in the match because it had been done wounded by M.V.P. Friday avnt the statement). the TEAM Umaga loses the match (whereas they were still complete vis-a-vis Triple H and Jeff Hardy). After the match, it makes a " Turn" face; while intervening in the match between The Great Khali and Hornswoggle or he massacres Khali and Ranjin Singh. It leaves with Hornswoggle and is made applaud by the fans.
The following day, it is Carlito which it attacks in No DQ Match between Carlito and Hornswoggle
