The Bru is one with the mineral naturally semi-sparkling Belgian exploited as from the XVIIe century by the monks of the Abbey of Stavelot. They reflect in bottles this naturally semi-sparkling carbogazeuses water. Because of its salt poverty, the Bru does not erase nor does not deteriorate the taste of food. At the first century of our era, Pline Old the spoke already about these mysterious sources spouting out of the Walloon Ardenne, like the water of Spa.
