Daubière
Terra cotta container for cooking with the furnace, at the origin it was used to prepare the Daube of Provence, dish traditional of the area niçoise.
There exist several forms and color, according to the practices local (round, oval, more or less high), but it east always comprises a lid, to be able to carry out a cooking with choked.
It comprises two handles in handle of bucket and a small opening of evacuation of vapor, located either on the lid or on a sleeve.
