Bedag Informatique (in German Bernische Datenverarbeitung SA ) is a public limit company based with Bern, in Suisse. History

Bedag was founded on February 1st, 1990, starting from the old Office of data processing of the canton of Bern and the cantonal computer center. Since January 1st 2003, it is a public limit company belonging to the canton of Bern. Its customers are primarily public administrations or parapublic, such as industrial hospitals or services.

Bedag counts 390 collaborators and collaborators, based with Bern and Lausanne, and offers complete data-processing performances of service.

In 2005, the turnover of the company rose to 94,9 million Swiss francs.

The company decrees each year the prices " Eugène" greeting journalistic work dealing with data processing for the general public.
