Darry Cowl
Darry Cowl , of her true name Andre Darricau , is a Musicien and a actor French, born the August 27th 1925 with Vittel (the Vosges) and dead the February 14th 2006 with Neuilly-sur-Seine (Hauts-de-Seine).
It obtained the César 2004 of the better actor in a supporting role.

Biography
Darry Cowl was born from her true name André Darricau the August 27th 1925 with Vittel in France of a father doctor and from one of her mistresses. He will learn his true filiation only at age the 16 years - after the death of his father - and will never know the identity of his/her mother biologique : concerned of suitabilities, Mrs. Darricau had simulated a pregnancy for six months.
It leaves the the Vosges in 1934 for Menton where his/her father was appointed senior registrar. After a serious wound with the hip in semi-final of the championship of Basque France of Ball, it begins musical studies and gains first prices of running away and harmony. It is directed then towards the cabaret where it develops its flabbergasted character and lisper of “frisotté with glasses” as it indicates it itself. Its sketches gains a sharp success.
Sacha Guitry engages it in Assassins and robbers (1956) and it turns to the Cinéma, where its role in the Tri-car returns it quickly celebrates. But it appears especially in innumerable comedies, often of the Navet S, to appease a need for money rising from a passion from the play which it recognizes readily.
It gives a new tone to its career while appearing with the theater and in more ambitious films like Augustin king of Kung Fu of Anne Fontaine. Its last role is that of a caretaker in Pas on the mouth of Alain Resnais, for which a César was allotted to him in 2004.
It had envisaged to make its return to the Théâtre in September 2005 at the side of Jacques Balutin in Hold Up , a part of Jean Barbier put in scene by Jean-Luc Moreau. But its health, weakened by a Cancer, had prevented some.
Married twice, it also obtained the Molière of the male best supporting role in 1995 and a César of honor in 2001. He wrote three books of memories, the flambor (1986) in reference to his passion for the play, the tri-car book (1994) and Mémoires of a canaillou (2005).
He dies the February 14th 2006 in his residence of Neuilly-sur-Seine of the continuations of a Cancer of the Poumon. After being crématisé, its ashes were deposited with the cemetery of the Father-Lachaise.Le September 6th, 2006, they were transported in the cemetery of Neuilly-sur-Seine, city in which it resided. A few days after its funerals, its apartment was burglarized and ransacked.
