Dare Mandelstam
Ose Emilievitch Mandelstam , (Russian О́сипЭми́льевичМандельшта́м), (January 15th 1891 - December 27th 1938), Russian poet, was one of the principal figures of the group Acméiste. Victim of the Stalinist purgings, it dies during the voyage which leads it to the camp of the Kolyma in Siberia.
The work of Mandelstam influenced many poets, among whom Paul Celan, André of Bouchet and Philippe Jaccottet.
